    My first batch is an amber ale (30 -35 IBU). I fermented for about 9 days... Popped the lid looked and smelled perfect!!!...Racked to a secondary glass Carboy for about 8 day... Beer became crystal clear...and still smelled and looked glorious...was all set to keg last night...scheduling...

    Well, I'm saying that it's made with all five noble hops and has a very hoppy taste, but I'm not a beer expert. I enjoy it because of it's hoppy flavor! I know...I know...everyone on this board has probably had better... But I don't have the bank to try a thousand different beers

    No one has mentioned Sam Adams Winter Lager and its great spice flavor or the Hops Heads dream beer...Sam Adams Noble Pils...both great beers

    Holiday Brew

    Unfortunately it isn't available yet...so I couldn't start it months ago...the recipe will probably call for a month long process for 5 gallon batch...so it will be ready for winter...gents, thanks for the input, happy brewing!

    My primary fermented violently for two days. The airlock stopped bubbling. Should I have a concern?...or does proper fermentation continue after bubbling stops?
