    You could opt to use distiller water...which is already sanitized...without having to boil...a gallon cost about 65 cents at the grocery store...then it will already be room temperature

    I have a recipe that I really like...It is a Crystal Amber Ale...Here is my question...If I am happy with the bitterness and aroma of the beer, but would like to add a bit more hoppy flavor...would the solution be to simply add more flavoring hops during the boils?...I hope that isn't a dumb...

    Do yourself a favor and try some commercial imports...so that way when you go to your local brew supply store, to buy an ingredient kit, you will have an idea of the different beer styles and flavor, color, aroma descriptions... And it will give you a chance to ..." not drink" Bud Light"...it...

    Gassing kegs

    When I kegged my first brew I put mine co2 at 14...after two days I jacked it up to 20 for 24 hours...after that I dropped it back down to 8 for another 5 days ...it turned out glorious...just my two cents...good luck

    I have the pressure set at 20 for the last 24 hours...eventually ill have to drop the pressure to the serving pressure...How do I bleed off the pressure when I want to drop the pressure...do I bleed it from the regulator or the serving hose?
