    Why cant i gt my ibu up

    I have tryed to put a recipe together for an ESB (american style) in a number of recipe calculators.(extract)... and I just cant seem to get a good IBU. Always too low... I am also not sure which IBU calculation I should use...the three vary quite a bit. Here is what I have.. 5.28 gal...
