First brew finally in the glass!

No as soon as they are carbed storing them at 55 will not do any harm especially if your plan works and those tasty beers are gone sooner than later

    Religion, politics, and secondary...

Awesome feedback! Def makes a ton of sense from not wanting to risk ruining the beer to just not feeling like doing it...I have to say after reading this I will most likely just go from primary to bottle and save work and time! [emoji482]

    Religion, politics, and secondary...

Very true...I have been lucky and borderline psychotic about my sanitizing haha so I luckily haven't had any infections or anything like that...I actually did it to clarify the beer as well but if it's not making any difference than I may start skipping it too..I was just curious why some (who...

Mr Beer dilemma: A Tale of Three Cans...

The best way to brew Mr. Beer.. 1.) crack cans 2.) pour contents of cans directly into the toilet 3.) flush toilet 4.) drink a good beer Hahaha being a glutton for punishment I would be very interested in seeing how that frankenbeer would turn out!

    Religion, politics, and secondary...

All seem to be topics of much debate..but I'll stick with the latter! I am curious why people decide to skip the secondary?? I am fairly new to home brewing and have made under a dozen beers...all of which I racked into the secondary and had no issues with...I just joined the forums yesterday...

First brew finally in the glass!

I wouldn't move them to that temp until they are fully carbed and ready to go...tilting the bottles and letting them sit for a few more days should help get that nice big head

    Recipe Creation Help

If you're looking for a hop to go with your cascade...simcoe pairs very well...maybe even just dry hop the simcoe..good luck!!

First brew finally in the glass!

What temp are you carbing at? Just make sure the crawl space isn't too cool...you want like 65-68 degrees...also you can turn your bottles upside down to kinda wake the yeast back up...looks good tho brother!! Keep up the good work!! [emoji482]

    Cloudy beer seems cool?

I agree it's all about the taste of the beer...I always made clear beer myself but have also noticed this trend...Equilibrium brewery just opened near me and they have nothing but hazy beers and they are really good...hazy is def trending right now tho
