    Summer Ale

Hmmmm maybe I'll try to bring the IBUs down a touch more...I never used them but I know they have a good citrus aroma which is why I want to dry hop them

    Basic siphoning technique

Honestly that's a solid question...I only bottle 12oz bottles and if I end up with one that's half full I just drink the warm uncarbed beer...I call it the sacrificial lamb haha tho I'm sure it'll carb up ok regardless

    Basic siphoning technique

Glad it all went smooth this time around! It's a lot of trial and error half the fun of it is making mistakes (as long as the finished product is drinkable) and being excited to not make the mistake again! Can't wait to hear back in a few weeks!! [emoji482]

    What happened

No it's fine you can either clean out the airlock or look into a blow off tube and just rub it from the space the airlock was into a bucket of sanitized water and let it bubble away!

    Where does my beer stand???

I named it Lieutenant Dank..bc when I open the closet all I smell are those Dank hops haha..love to hear your ideas tho! I'm not sure the cut off of a session I was just thinking since it's such a low ABV for a DIPA it would've like a session..but I agree with the responses that it can be...

    Where does my beer stand???

It should be done in a few weeks but I'll def stay posted as to what I'm looking at...right now it's super Dank and it's the first beer I had to use a blowoff tube bc she was cookin big time! I still have 3oz of citra (on top of the 5.75oz total in the boil) to dry hop so I'm guessing the aroma...

Worst Commercial Beer You've Ever Had?

In a close second is Xingu...a bar near me has a beer passport where you get to drink beers from all over the world and when you get 32 beers you get a free t-shirt...people do this over months or even years...since me and my friends are pure geniuses we decide to do this in one day...xingu...

I have ingredients but no recipe (help)

Brew log is a good app you can use too and it's free! You can use those hops at 60 15 10 and 0 then dry hop depending on their AA, style of beer, hop flavor profile, etc. but you can use that app to plug on different ideas to get the OG, color, and IBU you want...keep us posted!! Good luck...

    Where does my beer stand???

Just brewed what I thought was gonna be an all citra IPA with an IBU of around 75-80...being the smartest guy in the room as always...I misread my original hop schedule I added my 15 minute hops at 45...jumping things up juuuust a bit to 111 IBU which is DIPA, Imperial territory...but the ABV is...
