DAMN! I've got a lot of work to do myself. Got an IIPA that is dry hopping, needs one more week. A Kolsch that I brewed on the 27th that is still bubbling. And a California Blonde that was brewed on the 29th. I just got a pound of Amarillo, so I want to brew something with it... any suggestions?

I can use: 2-bags 2-row 1-bag wheat 1/2-C40, 1/4 or 1/3-honey, 1/2-C20, is there any C10 on the vendor list? and probably will think of something else...
