    If you are talking about MidSouth Malts, it is run by one guy and he comes and goes with no regards for customer convenience. It is his shop and his hobby, he can do as he pleases.

    I would like to get some melanoidin malt if there is enough of us interested. It is used in a lot of recipes for imperials and D.I.P.A.s. The problem is; 5 pounds will last a LONG time since it is used so sparingly.

    I was able to join, Gumballheads...lol I like to use white labs Cal-V or wyeast 1056 in my wheats. Hard to go wrong with safale S-05 for dry yeast.
