    Galena needs 3 to make 11lbs, and Cascade needs 3 to make 44lbs. Ya'll know there is a shortage... better stock up! As for storage, I think we can vacuum seal and store in the freezer as good as any warehouse or LHBS!

    The Gumballhead sounds awesome! We need to trade bottles. I did almost the same thing with Galaxy where you added Sorachi. I am going to use all Amarillo for dry-hop.:mug: I will have to throw in an original for comparison...

    I want to break onto the AG scene
