Star-san. If it foams, until the bottle is empty. I mix a gallon into a tank sprayer, use until empty. Repeat. Never had a problem.

80 + batches using nothing but buckets. No problems here. I won't make any claims as to more/less oxygenation, but i like my setup. 1 as a primary, 2 secondaries will allow me to build up the pipeline after it has been raided. I have never had a plastic bucket shatter if I dropped it.

I have a frost free spigot in my garage. As long as I shut it tight and drain the hose/keep it empty until I use it to chill, I brew all winter. Some nights as low as -5 degrees. One time I did fill the hose, and then 4 hours later try to run water out of it. Took 25 minutes to get flowing...

Fill a 48 quart cooler with your sanitized bottles. Place that on top of the empty keg boxes to gain height. The cooler will catch all overflow, and you can swap out full bottles for empties as other bottles fill.

I usually store mine in my basement between 60 and 70 degrees. Put in fridge just before drinking.

Just remember a refrigerated semi trailer is made to maintain temperature, not necessarily cool things. I think as long as you start with a proper fermentation temperature, you should be ok. THanks!

Yes, store under pressure. I bought the same kegs. You can relieve pressure by pushing down the gas in post. My thought was to get a bunch of pin lock, that way I don't have to worry about trying to convert.
