    Less is more sometimes, step back the yeast are experts and as others said 6 hours is nothing , if a a day or 2 goes by and its not moving then worry a bit but dont really worry cause its just a batch of beer and you can brew more

    How often and at what volume is everyone brewing?

    I brew exclusively 2.5-4 gallons, i fell in love with using kegs as fermenters and thats most i can safely ferment without making a mess, plus it allows me to brew more often and i use my stove for boiling, easier/quicker to chill, and perfect for me, i fill my kegs with boiling wort( carefully...

    I hear ya , real Italian Napoli style pizza is great but its soupy and chewy compared with to NY pizza, and i never had pizza outside of NY in chigaco or other states famed for their pizza

    Franks on flatbush ave is good, di faras is great, new park pizza, so many pizzarias in BK and for the most part cant go wrong

    Not taking for granted, just curious how they make it so tender, im also pretty close to bell and evans which produce very good chicken but not tender like Chinese restaurant and as someone mentioned its “ velveting” technique and now it all makes sense
