    No, the tour was only in the original building, the expansion is in the building behind it, they talked about it a bit. I'll have to go back when it opens for sure

    I'm really not sure, I guess I'm hoping others with more knowledge will chime in if I'm concerned over nothing. I've seen posts of others doing a dry run and having only a cup or two of water left in the tun after.

    Nothing new or amazing here but it makes me happy to be one step closer to all grain. If anyone has any recommendations on what could be changed, by all means please let me know.     On mine I used 2 tablespoons of coriander the last 15 minutes of the boil, and I "dry hopped" 1/2 oz of orange peel after primary. I'm hoping that it will have a strong orange taste to it as its for SWMBO... I'm thinking it will taste great, we will see in about a week...
