Anyone have a clone recipe for Tiger Lager Beer? I spend a lot of time in Singapore/Malaysia and I always enjoy this sweet, refreshing lager. It's not dry like the japanese lagers (kirin, sapporo, etc.); it is sweet for the tropical climate. I know it uses rice, but I'm not sure how to get it...

Great ideas. I currently don't have any temp control for my fermenters. My basement is almost always 66 degrees anytime of year. If I do need temp control then I just ferment in carboy in my lagering fridge. I need to build a frame for my conical to fit in the fridge.

Salty's on Marine Drive used to have it on tap. Didn't the last time I was in town. I'll be in PDX in Feb, let me know where I can find it if it's still on tap. Otherwise i'll be a Rogue in Pearl and McMenamins Edgefield.

Good lighting on the subject with dark background and open the F-stop so there is short depth of field. Or just use your cell phone.
