Just out of curiosity, and if you are willing to share, when you made the final table those years, were you using the honey malt or no? And for the 10% addition, did you use flaked oat, flaked wheat, or malted oat/wheat (or do think it really matters?)

do you have a fellow brewer that would let you brew/ferment/keg a batch at their location and using their equipment just to rule out a problem with your setup? ie contamination from a prior beer, etc

^^ - would also like to know if other people are detecting the same "issues" with your beers. Some medical issues (ie Covid) can have long lasting effects on one's taste and smell senses... just a thought.

Question to all of you that are using the HED (heat exchanger disk). I have been using one for a while now but I find that when the FB warps some, one or two of the openings between the HED and false bottom is pinched closed. See picture below. The three "feet" welded to the HED keep it...

I built a stand for my brewzilla out of scrap wood. It has casters so I can roll it around and it gets the unit about a foot or so off the ground. Two pieces of wood stick up in the back, one to hold the CFC and the other to hold the display/controller to keep it away from random splashes. Pic below
