Quick question. When brewing beer, especially something in the NEIPA style, let's say it has an expected FG of 1.018 but it reaches that number after 4 days and there is still the occasional bubble indicating it may continue to fall a few more points. Is it ok to drop the temp to stop...

^^ +1 on the eva barrier tubing and push fittings. switched all my lines to it a few years ago. one of the best moves I've made in a while. only need about 5-6 foot for proper line length

yeah, I hate dealing with fruit and extracts usually don't give a true flavor so I figured maybe this might work. at the homebrew scale it would only take between 7 to 19 grams of this stuff for a 5 gal batch if I did the conversion right.

In the gen 4, how long does it take to get from boil down to pitch temp (ie around 70 degrees) when using the skylla?
