Fill us in when you complete the concise course. I'm still debating on taking that one. Not sure if I'd go to the campus or take the web based.

    Craft Beer MAW

I agree with you all. MOST of the time people are helpful, and by reading, my questions are usually answered before I get to ask them. There are also threads (like this one) that I'm eager to get notifications for. :)

    Logo Feedback

I like the story of the name. It gives people some insight to "knowing" you. If you're looking for investors...I have know idea what they'd think. I'm sure it just depends on the individual, customer or investor. I like something like this. Easy to read. There's a solid icon that could...

If you don't mind me asking, why do you hate conicals? And if/when you upgrade would you be opposed to using these wine tanks on a larger scale? Thanks for posting all of this, and Congrats! I can't wait to make it back up to the New England area, and hopefully, I'll be able to find a pint.

    Input on Belgian Stout

I haven't brewed it, yet. When I do I may back off the roasted barley. A few months ago I brewed a stout with 1 lb of roasted barley (out of 22 lb grain bill), and I felt it may have been little much. Do you mind posting your recipe? Keep me updated on how yours turns out.

    Help with Competition Style Guidelines

Awesome! That was quick. I think it will fit as an American Stout. I just didn't know if they got to view the numbers. Actually, I thought they would. Thanks!

    Help with Competition Style Guidelines

I brewed what was supposed to be an Imperial Stout, but got VERY low efficiency. The beer still turned out great, and I'm thinking about entering it into a competition as an American Stout. My problem is that the numbers do not really fit in any category. The OG was too low to be Imperial...

Yeah. I've been thinking of Hank's and Rob's World of Beers lately. I never thought I'd be itching to visit Wichita again. :)
