LOL - I didn't realize it was designed to sit on top of the bottle tree. I always wondered why they didn't design the vinator to have a more stable base. I feel like an idiot, but thanks for the 'light bulb' moment!

Another question on Irish Moss - I throw it in my hop spider. Should I throw it directly in the wort instead? Does it matter? I'm doing BIAB.
