@Pkrd has it, it's the brewhouse and cellars from the New Glarus self guided tour. Since the name of the brewery is the same as the town, I figured this counted as a place. Here's the skyline once we got back to my brother-in-law's house in Madison...

Sorry, never closed the loop on this (pardon the pun). The solution that Master Brewers recommended was a temperature probe in the cone near the bottom of the fermenter. My temperature probe was on the port that's above the cone. I switched to putting the thermowell in the port the SS BrewTech...

@kmllr315 for my unitanks, I set my glycol temp at 23F and just leave it there. I let BrewPi handle the cooling with fixed glycol temp. The ramp that happens halfway between Jan 26 and 27 looks like your glycol was not cold enough to cool, then the temperature drops once your lower the glycol...

Sorry, my mother in law had a collapsed lung so I didn't get much chance to brew the last month! She's doing fine now, but I'll have to bow out of this round.

Great guy. Austin picked me in the last round of FOTD. I'm glad he was able to enjoy some Central New York beers before he passed. I'm in. Might need to step up some brews as I only have three on tap right now.
