There have been several that do the generic profile and just change the ingredients and not the steps.. Would be interested to see if the few recipes will be maintained in the on board memory and run without calling home. Please keep everyone informed on what you find out.

Well hopefully the servers stay up and the lights stay on at Picobrew, otherwise you will not be able to use the machine. If they do go dark we all hope they release an unlock for their equipment.

There were several people that got the buyback payouts from what I have seen on the facebook page. They had to take the control board out of their Z and send it in to get it. There were also several that got their buyback for the Pico S/Pro as well. But I don't believe everyone received theirs.

Well it is a good idea for a complete grain to glass setup.... BUt could you imagine the price if they were an all in one unit. Brewie 2k and Vessi fully loaded was around 3k, So between 4-5k for the setup.... Not for me... LOL Would be interesting if someone with both was able to combine them...

Also if it is the B+ you may want to read up on upgrading the heater wires. There have been some issues with them.

Sounds like a dead SD card or corrupt boot sector on the card. Will need to reflash card or replace it.

I agree completely. I prefer working on a pc rather than an app on a phone. It would great if there was a html interface to connected on the back end. Import beer.xml files and such.
