    Or washed and sanitize 2 liter soda bottles. I used some to bottle my first beer.

    Hops

    I've started using metal mesh things made for loose teas. If you use whole leaf hit the Asian market they have big ones and smaller one. Yes they cost a couple bucks for one but I don't like reusing the hop socks so it will pay for itself someday.

    I know this is another question, if your looking to add sweetness to it what about lactose, doesn't that add sweetness?

    I have a question, everyone is talking about using it in a keg. Is there a way to use it when bottling or is the gelatin dropping the yeast out so it won't carb it? My next light beer for my wife I'd like to make sure its super clear looking because she doesn't like homebrewing because of the look.
