    I second using keg connection. I recently got into kegging and bought a 2 faucet kit and upgraded the beer lines to 10 feet. Price was the best and they assemble it all for you.

    Did you shut off the Co2 before you purged? If not that would be why you were getting the continuous flow since it was still sending Co2 to the tank.

    Online shops to use? Or avoid?!

    When I order grains I like to use Ritebrew. Good price and you can buy grains by the ounce. Yeast and hops are reasonably priced as well. We now have a homebrew store close by so I try to buy from them now.
