ive capped about 50 gallons so far and none of the caps have been loose. all have been really tight. not sure what that person was thinking.

i know bobby m has a video on his youtube channel about using 30/30 mesh and making a large surface area dip tube screen. i think the folding over aspect as well as the large surface area will help out alot. mind you i'm a super newb, but this is just what i have learned from this forum.

+1 on Oxy Clean Free I actually Mixed Oxy CLean with Star San and after about 15 min labels were sliding off in my hands. one thing to watch out for. it made the bottles very slippery prior to cleaning them off. so just be aware. dont drop any.

i have this problem with different ingredients. had mine at 68 F and after 3 days the karu is almost completely gone.

when i got mine, i just posted ads up on facebook and myspace to see if my friends had any. and luckily one did. or on craigslist.
