    What did I cook this weekend.....

    Porcini mushroom risotto with shallots cooked in a combination broth of chicken bone broth and an american pale ale. Garlic butter used as the oil base. I paired it pepper encrusted fresh blackfin tuna from this weekend (we caught over 100lbs of tuna!). Sourdough bread as the compliment.

    Here it is all setup. Got the BrauSupply Kettle and controller as stated above and everything else is DIY. Nesco induction cooktop adds supplimenting heat (1600w). Temperature rises very very quickly. I went from Mash temp to boil in about 15 minutes. 2x 5.0 cu.ft. Magic Chef deep freezers...

    Last question now that I figured out the wiring on the unit. Do I cut the black hot wire coming out of the PCB and run it through ports 7 and 8 on the contoller? Or do I cut both the black and white wires from the PCB and run then them through 7 and 8 respectively making a circuit loop?
