Started a RJ Spagnols Orchard Breezin Pomegranate wine, and would like it to have a higher alcohol content. Could I just add sugar to it, and it would make more alcohol?

    Racking

Doing a R.J Spagnols Bergemain 4 week wine kit. Now the wine is in the secondary and is done clarifying, so I'me ready to filter and bottle. Now my brother was telling me to racking it again and leave it an other week for it to age a bit more more. Does this makes sense? Thanks

    Starsan

Just wondering if I can use starsan to sanitize my wine equipement? I'm using sulphite right now for wine and starsan for beer, just tired of the sulphite fumes. So will using starsan and not rinsing affect my wine? Thanks

    cleaning a better bottle

I juste let it soak with my cleaning solution, and after a couple minute i give it a good shake. Rinse and shake with water a couple times, and your good to go! You can use a brush if it is really dirty.

    filtering and sediment

In the primary I put a green apple in it, I cut it in six part and remove the seeds. I have found that it really helps with sediments, I almost don't have any in my bottles.

Now I added sulphite in the bubbler, after I realise that I did not put the other part in the bubbler I removed it. Now there’s probably a...
