    Why do you add sweetener to your beer? Is it because the hibiscus is sour? Or simply for the style. Could you manage to have residual sugar instead of adding stuff

    Partial Mash feedback required!

    thanks tennesse! I use Beer Tool so I can figure out the amount of grain to replace the LME. Just hope my indoor kettle is big enough. just hope I'll get the gravity point. If I take a gravity reading after 1 hour and realize it,s too low. Can I add some LME? s

    It is too cold in Montreal to brew all grain so I'll try a partial mash for the first time. Can't find a Munich LME...what can I do since Vienna should be mashed? I heard that if you mix the vienna with some 2-row then it would work....can you help? thanks

    Just curious how it turned out? Was it slightly sour like the one from Dieu du ciel? Did you dry hopped with Hibiscus? Do you think a tea would be a better idea for flavour and a bit at flame out for the color? Let me know I also want to clone this

    thanks; I guess I could use Warrior. I might tweak the grain bill a bit and increase the Crystal to 40L and slightly remove some of the Victory not to go over 230g...don't want to get too close of a amber beer flavor profile

I have changed the toasted malt by Munich have increased the Crystal to 20L and have included some victory malt...

    Munich Helles BierMunchers “Helles Belles” (Munich Helles, AG)

    Well your recipe looks like a good grain bill for an APA. The hops and ibu are missing however... Changing the pilsner malt for 2 row brought you more towards an APA. Good luck.
