Boil kettle condenser - no overhead ventilation needed

I can't take credit for that... ;) That goes to whomever invented condensate hoods for use in restaurants (usually over dish washer sinks) or even just simple stove hoods. Kal

What I did for beer today

Tweaked my Electric Hop Candy Jr recipe for even more juicy hop goodness! Or more correctly, after two weeks of it being kegged, based on my own tasting and feedback from others, I decided the results are more to my liking so the recipe's been permanently changed now. This is the beer I've been...

    Problem with new Riptide Pump

+1. I only take my March pumps apart about once a year and there's usually not much to 'clean'. I do like the idea of a tri-clamp fitting if everything else works perfectly however - like Bleuskies mentioned, I'm sure they'll iron out the bugs. Like they've always said, never buy the first...

    Exhaust fan for indoor brewing

In that case you're most likely going to be fine. Just make sure you have a source of make-up air as well. Good luck! Kal

    Exhaust fan for indoor brewing

What sort of run do you have? How many elbows? The longer the run and more elbows you have the more airflow resistance you'll have. Though that said, this line of fans has excellent static resistance such that it's able to hand long runs/elbows better than most fans. You'll most likely be fine...

What I did for beer today

Did the funnest part: Cleaned kegs. Though that said, I don't actually "clean" them. I just disassemble and soak for ~48 hours in Oxiclean Free, one scoop per keg, then rinse. No scrubbing required. Simple. Kal
