    Basically took a Hefeweizen recipe and tweaked. See how it goes. OG 1.056 FG 1.013 ABV 5.63 5lbs weyermanns pale wheat malt 4lbs 2-row Pilsen malt 1lb corn sugar 2oz crystallized ginger root 6lbs cranberries in primary.

    Dry beaning? Just put the beans directly in, I've heard of putting grounds in before too. Might be a good option, just don't want to go overboard and not be able to go back.

    So far we've made wines out of various fruit concentrate and fresh fruit; a cherry lime being quite a pleasant surprise. We also did a blackberry mead.
