Sweet... (pun intended) I do have a copy of that book, I just haven't had much of a chance to read it.

So I got some honey this past fall from a friend (4 gallons) and I've used a gallon of it so far. I had the other gallons near an outside wall of the brewery and oops, they got a little frozen. Is this going to change things for me? or do I just warm it back up a bit and use as normal?

I couldn't get by without a two holer - in fact, I'm contemplating adding two more. I rather have a surplus of yeast (according to Mr. Malty) and wash the excess for further brews, then not have enough to do the job right.

I guess the big question is: What does it matter what the weld looks like on the inside of your keggle as long as you're not fermenting in it. I don't know about you, but all the welds on my system are exposed to the wort before or during the boil.... Unless you are just bringing attention to...

oh, I think I misunderstood.... I thought this was a BREW pub, not a playhouse next to the pool.... I was expecting a brewery on par with the building it would be placed in... anyway, nice party room.
