I brew a beer quite similar to heady. the key is a 6oz dry hop.

Why such a long, warm dry hop?

2oz PA, 3-4 IPA, 4-6 IIPA, dry hopping is the best part of brewing!

Turned out awesome. Hazy orange, very opaque. Light two-finger head that dies rather quickly (possibly due to only 9 days bottle carbing at this time). Incredible floral, orange, papaya? aroma. Very appealing. Bitter up front with a smooth sweet finish. Great mouthfeel. Everyone loves it...

Summit is sometimes onion, sometimes epic tangerine. Depends in the crop. 2010 seemed great, not sure about 2011 crop

Just add Summit hops at flameout and dry hop. More orange flavor than you can handle. You'll be wanting something other than orange flavor!

Came out exactly as expected, very light and hoppy flavor/nose. I made it to be a nice water replacement for hot days. Try it out, its really cheap. It is also fun to change up the dry hop, really showcases aromas since there is basically no malt backbone!

I dry hop my oatmeal stout with an ounce of crystal hops, just gives it a nice little aroma to keep you interested!

$11 for 4.5gallons. It is a really light beer I made to replace Bud Light for drinking games etc. Triple hopped w/Cascade. Best light beer I have ever had (which doesn't say much).
