    I also used the same Sun-Rype apple juice as in my first batch. 100% juice just with ascorbic acid added, nothing else.

    I rehydrated the yeast as per directions on packet. I did use 3 tsp. of yeast nutrient and 1 teaspoon of yeast energizer.

    So I started my second 5 gallon batch of cider. This time I used Nottingham yeast. It's been 16 hours and no activity. The lowest temp I can get is 70f as I don't have a fridge. Should I repitch Lalvin ec-1118, which worked on my first cider? Or will this yeast eventually get going?
