    Hey DIY'ers!

plan ahead, make up a cut list. When you set your table saw, make all of your like size cuts together, and rough everything in at once. If you can do the frames, there is no reason not to go ahead with the face frames and doors. check out www.mcfeelys.com for good prices on drawer slides...

Glass Carboy as a Conical Fermentor...

Neckbone- FWIW The speed on diamond core bits for concrete has to do with the slurry glazing over the diamonds. Not sure if there is the same issue in cutting glass.

    Adjunct to my recipe

If you use maple syrup, dont waste your money on fancy. Nice thick Grade B dark pancake syrup works good. It has more maple taste than a fancy syrup. Also, priming with maple syrup helps add some flavor.

    Maple pale

I brewed up a maple pale and let it sit in primary for 2 weeks and secondary for 2 weeks. I would like to use maple to prime with for bottling, but not sure how much to use. Is there a standard, or is the sugar content too inconsistent/ not worth it? I am using grade B dark pancake syrup...

    Splenda

I have seen alot of poeple say splenda is ok to use as a non-fermentable sugar, but where do I start? I am guessing it is adjust by taste once you start using it. I made a red wheat with raspberries and it was a little more tart than I was going for. It had the right amount of flavor, but I...
