    If youare considering starting on a 1 bbl system anyway, why not save the money and cobble together a glorified homebrew system? A few 50 gallon soup pots, pumps and a bit of welding is far cheaper to start on than shiney copper. You can keep your money for the inevitable upgrade.

    Secondary Temps getting high

    You should be fine. After primary fermentation is complete the higher temps seem to have less of an effect on the beer. You don't want it sitting around hot, but the temps you are talking about are fine.

    Brett infection

    Sounds like your CFC is the culprit but also check out your bottling bucket. You may want to replace that too after having had infection issues. As for your sanitizer, new sanitizers are sometimes labeled "cleaner" to avoid paying the fees associated with being labeled "sanitizer".

    In ordering all my kegging stuff I just ordered a bunch of Super flex tubing (http://www.brewersdiscount.com/item5074.ctlg) it says it "can be used as air line" in the description. Should I replace the CO2 line portion with gas specific hose?
