    A comedy of errors.

Brewday was Saturday, overshot my recipe due to me fighting low efficiency.. 1:Combination of better mash control and using my own mill, I hit north of 80%. Was expecting 1.060 SG, but that was my pre-boil gravity. My English Bitter became an English IPA/Extra Strong Bitter. SG was 1.075, no...

Can you guys take a look at my Dry Irish Recipe, please?

I would reconsider brewing 6% beer for a party if you cannot control or monitor consumption. Unless this is just a "taster" to the overall party.

10G batch people. Describe your setup.

If you don't mind me asking, do you ferment in 1/4 kegs or 1/2? I am looking to ferment in 1/4 kegs and I presume 6 to 6.5 gallons is about the volume I should ferment in those. That would mean if I went with two fermenters I should do 12-13 gallon batches?

National Homebrewer's Conference - HomeBrewTalk Giveaway - Open to All!

Filled out survey a few days ago. Taking my 13 year old daughter on a 4 hour drive to Cedar Point for some one-on-one bonding while the son is off to Washington DC. My wife does the "OMG graduation party is a week away!!!!! Oh noes!!!" thing since she doesn't enjoy roller coasters.

110v Recirculating eBIAB 2.5 gallon batches

This looks like what I am after. I want to step up to full volume 5 gal Biab on the stovetop, so an element assist makes sense. It also looks like I can somewhat painlessly upgrade to 240v with the same setup. Thanks O.P.
