Anyone tried or have a recipe for a blueberry/apple hard cider?

Be creative! Invent! :D My Celestial Manderan Sage wine was supposed to be a simple sage wine. After I started, and my daughter had picked a quart of fresh sage leaves, I discovered we had no lemons or oranges. I needed 1ea per gallon. So, I brewed up some Celestial Seasonings...

    Labels . . . worth the effort?

Any kind of a clear spray. Just use a light touch or it will oil stain the paper. I had some left over clear topcoat in the basement that I used. Aerosol hairspray would probably work, it has laquer in it.

    Labels . . . worth the effort?

I Just labled my blueberry wine. I printed on plain paper, sprayed it with a fixitive (ink jet printer) cut them out & used a glue stick. Same as what was said, the glue will easily wash off. Also, the gluestick allows for some repositioning where an Avery label won't. :)

    looking for a hoppy nose

I would like to brew a very hoppy IPA for my second home brew. I really enjoy Arcadia's IPA and their Nut Brown Ale. The Nut Brown has the same floral hoppy nose, but is less bitter than their IPA. I like them both, but my bride dosen't like the bitterness of the IPA (but she loves Guinness and...

    help starting.

I have yet to brew my first beer, (next week) but I do have three batches of wine going right now. :drunk: I definately got into this hobby to save money. So far my equipment outlay has been less than $20. Three airlocks, some stoppers, a floating therometer and a tube for my hydrometer. I...
