All my recipes are a variation of the one on page 1. One thing I'm noticing is that the original .75 warrior 60 min hop addition gives more of a "Trilliumlike" bitterness. Using a 4 mil hopshot is less bitter and closer to a Treehouse smoothness.

I have a bigmouth bubbler with a blowoff tube. I bottle. After the second dry hop addition would it help to suck the air out gently (by mouth) before re- submerging the end in the sanitizer jar?

I've just been putting a bag around the tube emptying in the bottling bucket. It's been working fine for me. I also went down to .50 oz Warrior for the bittering. My last batch was good but a bit less bitterness would be ideal for me.

Im just trying to find out which addition will utilize the denali best

I have a Northeast DIPA in primary. Going to do two dryhops of equal parts citra, galaxy and mosaic at day 5 and 12 and racking on the 14th day. I also have an ounce of denali I want to add. Would I get more bang out of the denali by adding it in the first dryhop or the second?

So I'm going to do my first dry hop tomorrow. I have an oz of Denali that I was going to throw in along with the citra, mosaic, and galaxy. Would I get more impact from the 1 oz of Denali in the first or second dry hop?
