    Citra...where are you??

Maybe someone with more experience then me can chime in, but I've had good luck using galaxy as a sub. However it was only one recipe I've tried it out in.

Wow, holiday beer buying was EXPENSIVE!

Commercial beer is so expensive! Comparatively that is, a few years ago I'd of not thought twice about spending $8-10 for a 6 pack. Now I cringe every time I spend that and think I could of easily made 3-4 times that amount for the same price!

    120V 2000W heatstick V1.0

In time you could start to weaken your circuit breaker. All other wiring in the circuit being sound, it may get weak.

    120V, 20 amps, 2000w?

Just be sure you don't exceed 75% of your circuit capacity or you will start to stress the circuit breaker. They're thermomagnatic and the closer to the limit they are pushed, the shorter there life cycle will become.

    Is Hop union's scale broken?

Whenever I've had to weigh an ounce out of a hop union bag, for splitting or whatever the reason, it always comes out to 1.05 oz for me. I don't split ounce bags in half often, but every time I have and weighed them out they always seem to come out 1.05oz.

    I feel like I robbed a bank

Same thing. Shorts, Dark horse, and Arbor Brewing bottles all seem to use some sort of unworldly glue on their bottles.

    I feel like I robbed a bank

Try Oxi Clean, i swear it works great on both GLB, and DFH bottles, just let it soak in a generious mixture of warm/hot water and some oxiclean for a few days, and viloa!

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

Wow. Very good indeed! I used 05 for the yeast, it was what i had, and Columbus instead of magnum, other then that i stayed true to the recipee. Will defiantly make this again.
