you wouldn't want to attach brass fittings to your SS wort chiller because of (insert name of some high fallutin' scientific thing) that will cause your chiller to fall apart from the difference in metals.

Why not just attach some tubing to the ends of the chiller and attach your hose fittings to the tubing? Seems like a much easier fix...

I just quick-read the whole thread and didn't find that answer I was looking for... Total ingredient bill? Just the grain/hops/Maple Sugar and stuff, not all the incidentals. SWMBO sounded kind of curious about this whole project, and asked how much it cost to make such a big beer.

Borrow a terrier. Surely someone you know has one. Offer to "babysit" their dog for a few days. Surely it won't take that long to eradicate the last of them, your bulldog doesn't look like he will mind (or even notice) and they'll be able to go out of town for a weekend without worrying about...
