There is a carbon filter bypass and then it runs into the box, which is an on demand hot water heater. It puts out at about 120F so I can ramp to mash temp even quicker.

Wait for your CO2. You're better off avoiding the oxygenation, especially in an IPA. Revvy is right, one more day on dry hops won't make a big difference.

Did you need a collar for it or did it fit the 4 kegs and CO2 as is? I'm looking for something compact that will hold 4 with no collar.

I had a ton of issues on the iPad and had to abandon that route and go with the Fire. No crashing now during brews. Still have issues with editing steps but being able to generate the files with snickleftitzs software has helped alleviate some of those issues.

2 things jump out at me right away... 156F seems very high on mash temp for an IPA. I think I remember loose cannon being on the maltier side but I personally Wouldn't go above 153f on an IPA. Your losses seem off. 8 gal should yield 5 gal of Finished product unless you have crazy trub loss...

I believe at the time I bought the BB controller, CO brew didn't have the nano system they have now. I can't really compare the two now, I never did in depth research on the CO system since it wasn't available at the time (I think). Is the kettle a narrower one or same width as the BB? I know CO...
