Has anyone brewed Austin homebrews dogfish head 90 min IPA? I love the stuff, seems like it's going to be my next brew but I'm just looking around right now. It has to be extract, possibly a mini-mash. If you haven't tried theirs, is there any you have tried?

Just an update! I purchased another bike of yeast. I re-airated the beer, and pitched the yeast. I now have signs of fermentation. Temp is holding strong at 64

I'm sure almost every question has been answered, minus the few recipe questions. A site like this would not be sustainable without the repeat questions.

I used the 90oz of pumpkin and it gives it a slight pumpkin flavor. BUT big BUT, the aftertaste is nice pumpkin pie flavor. I also baked the canned pumpkin with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice :-)

Here in pa as well, just made my self a son of fermentation chiller, WORKS GREAT!! You should give it a go. Should be an excuse for you to brew all year long :-)

I just brewed it and it is currently bottling. I used close to 90oz of pumpkin. I did 30oz with the grain steeping. 30oz with the boil. 30oz in the fermenter. I've cracked 2 bottles so far and it has a wonderful pumpkin flavor

If I were to purchase yeast tmr. Should I just dump the yeast and go? Or should I re-aerate then dump the yeast?

Opened the lid and nothing, absolutely no foam or krausen. I may drive the hr tmr to go to a brew supply and pick up more yeast. I may not want to wait the 2-3 days for another shipment

Yes it's a bucket. Haven't peeked at it yet, but I guess that's the first I should do. It's a brand new bucket. I made sure lid is as tight as it can be. I did my normal aeration. Splash through a filter. Give it a nice store with my paddle. Place the lid on it and shake it for 1-2 mins...
