I've heard nothing new on the homebrewing front in Alabama. Rumour is probably all it is. I'm sure things will crank up after the first of the year.

I kegged my cider and only issue I had was that the caramel syrup did not mix well when I racked the cider into the keg. The first several pours were overwhelming with syrup and after that was okay, but I lost some of the caramel flavor. The cider was still good and already planning to make...

This is a great tasting brown ale. The only problem I had is that 10 gallons didn't last long enough. Props to the creator of the recipe :mug:

I just bottled 5 gallons and will keg 5 gallons tommorrow. Tasted great :mug:

Just kegged my cider today. Taste good so far but I'm eager to try with the caramel syrup added.
