    Teaching a Homebrew Class (community ed)

    Maybe you can add a small section to the class that shows different types of food pairings with beer. I know it's kinda a personal taste thing but it would encourage people to try different types of brew, i.e. stout and dark chocolate pieces.

    To anyone who uses an immersion chiller

    I have mine permanently installed inside my keggle. Do you think it is bad for the wort to have the copper coils in the boiling kettle at all times? I figured since there are copper kettles why not just keep them in there.
