Just a follow up: kegged it! Final gravity 1.012 and tastes fine. Not my best work maybe but will be drinkable. Thanks for all the advice.. the amylase did the trick.

Could give it a try. There is a small bit of bubbling within the carboy at present. I'm happy with any progress.
