Oh, also trying a small, chilled sample of my Turbo Belgian Saison, after 2 weeks of initial ferm. Still getting some tiny bubbles in the Fermonster, but all Krausen is gone. Getting a bloop from the airlock every 45 seconds or so. I think this is going to turn out nicely. Very floral, slight...

Straight in to the second from Le Trèfle Noir, 'Victor Sabro'. Massive hit of coconut & mango, and almost a buttery finish. Wow. I hope this comes out in a 4-pack of it's own. Great tropical NEIPA! :mug:

First one from a Quebec brewery called Le Trèfle Noir ( The Black Clover ), an Imperial Gose, called 'Gosebuster'. Sea salt, coriander and Keffir lime leaves. Very tart, not overly salty...but where's the 'imperial' part... ...aahhh, there it is! Had too much in the glass to do the last...
