Well as a nOOb myself can not answer alot, but I racked first batch to a secondary just so I could get primary clean for second brew. :mug:

Well 1 month and 1 day gravity same for three days racked to secondary (primarily to free up primary to get second batch going) and SWMBO acutely was interested and helped and wants to help with brewing of second batch:rockin::mug::ban:

One of my life goals is to see a home game, been a fan all my life but i'm from california and now live in Texas so it just does not seem real possible:( But yes I'm looking forward to a Jets/Saints Superbowl!!!!:rockin:

I have used homebrew Headquarters, where I got my set up and first batch they seem knowledagble but I'm new so almost anyone can sound knowledgable to me...:D
