Just a warning for those of you who BIAB inside the pipe... I put a 2-3" rip in my Wilser bag when trying to pull the bag for an external dunk sparge. It snagged on the little sections of the handle that protrude into the pipe at the top. Was not a happy camper after that. So have a care...

Welcome.. Never had a julbrew but there are a few people here who like to make clones or reconstruct lost brews... I bet you could start a "help me recreate" thread and get a few solid recipe suggestions...

What does your hydrometer tell you about the state of fermentation? It doesn't have to be a guessing game. Near expected FG? Stable readings 3 days apart? Fermentation is complete.
