    I'm in the process of getting set up for 4 months in Switzerland, I've found the rates very widely, keep shopping. Apparently you can also rent a phone for short term trips right out of the airport. Let us know what you turn up! Check this out too, might be helpful

    Beginner Question(s) re: Coopers Microbrewery Kit

    He really got me started, it seemed to take a lot of the intimidation out of the whole procedure. The best advice I can give is do what he does but substitute dry malt extract for the sugar. It makes for a MUCH nicer beer and still keeps it simple. Good luck and have fun!

    I keep thinking of more stuff to add..... Check out Eurostar for some cheep train/hotel deals. I'm not sure how flexible your schedule is but it would be worth it to stay over night, I got a place right near the main square for a song! PM me if you want more details

    t'bruges beertje and Staminee de garre Both excellent in my experience....... also hit up Cambrinus, an excellent menu but CRAP music while I was there.... All are walking distance, Staminee de Garre is the only one that is a bit tough to find but should be no problem with google...

    I have a batch that has fermented for 10 days and has stopped bubbling and has a constant hydrometer reading. Am I better to bottle it now, before my 2 week vacation, or leave it to settle until I get back? Its a Munton's English Bitter for the record........
