Im brewing this on sunday. We just moved and I have a new garage/brewery to figure out.. should be a fun and educating session haha! My last garage was all dialed in, all I did was turn a water valve and light my burners!

All kegged and carbed up at 9.1% baby! Had some friends over the other night and got twisted!!

Just kegged and carbed my IIPA version off of this recipe. Turned out really good, hoppy and just down right rediculous! Not sure if anyone can answer this but, my FG hydro sample was super clear, cold crashed for a week and kegged but its murky orange color now.. I used irish moss, everything...

Id say thay looks pretty good!

I did an Imperial version of a pumpkin ale using part of this recipe with a west coast twist! I used 16# of 2 row and ended up with 9.1% hahaha!

Ive had it happen a few times when ive mashed low and fermented fairly warm

I forgot to show how much krausen I had goin on!! Blow off tube was spittin junk into the bottle!!

Im a ninja! All I do is vorlauf forever, pitch yeast and watch it go! I used 2 lbs of rice hulls for the batch, not sure if that helps with clearing it. Made a huge healthy starter of wlp099 sd super yeast.

Started out with my stupid version of this at 1.085 and ended at 1.015. Tastes amazing!!!

Putting my rediculously tweaked version of this recipe in secondary tomorrow for about 3 weeks then keg and carb! Im enjoying a pint of my red ipa and thinking about pumpkins!!

Yep, higher mash temp and a 90 minute boil.

Filled my mash tun to the top! Ended up wjth 1.085 post boil gravity, and it smells and tastes simply amazing!

Brewing a kind of punkin ale tomorrow!! With a few variations on the original recipe.. doubled, red, IPA-ish!! And I DGAF what anyone thinks!! I'm born and raised in **** baby! Where we take beer to levels beyond imagination! That's part of the fun in what we do isnt it??

This is on the list of upcoming brews for sure.

Ive got another case of this stuff that I brewed in September last year sitting in storage that I completely forgot about!! Time to open in up and see whats crackin!!

I hate hipsters! What are they trying to be? 50's nerds? Homeless looking? Wearing their littles sisters clothes and using moms purse?? I just dont get it!!

I brewed this one month ago, gunna bottle it tomorrow. I used 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice in the last 5 of the boil this year. Also I'm leaving out the ginger root and replacing it with cocao nibs in the spice tea.. last years batch is still really tasty, I'm just not a huge fan of the ginger.
