Sooo... IMHO, if kegging, I'd brew this beer in early sept, let sit 2-3 weeks, cold crash then keg and carb and be drinking it halfway thru October. If you're gunna bottle condition then brew in mid August..
This beer it's great! Just don't brew it in august because it finishes fast, then you cold crash it, then you keg it, then it's gone by September 10th hahaha!!

I boiled some water and set the cans of pumpkin it there while I was heating up my strike water. It helped with mash temp and made it easier to get all the pumpkin out of the can!
I would say take the time to bottle and let it sit a coule months, at least! Last year I brewed this and tried one after a month in the bottle and the spices were still very up front. I brewed it in late august and mid December it was amazing!! I missed it this year but I think next year I may...
