    Wegman's is an awesome store for us craft brew starved Pennsylvanians. I recently started going to the one by me in Warrington. Nice beer selection. 480 different beers is what they advertise.

    I came in around 63%, but I know my temps were off a bit, and I should have stirred my mash a little more when sparging. My manifold needed a little work too. Next batch should be much better.

    Last 2 brews very under-carbonated...

    I am having a similar issue with a bitter. 5 gal batch, bottled about a week ago. Wanted to check the progress, opened one up and barely a hiss, and no bubbles in the pour. Bottles stored at 69 F.

    Just tried my first lambic

    Cantillon Rose. My wife loves it, and isn't the easiest to find to buy in case form. In Philly, Monk's Cafe and Eulogy have it. I am thinking stocking stuffer.
