I just ordered some warrior for my IPA recipe from AHS. They have quite a beastly AA%...I'm not sure if AHS has whole leaf but they definately have pellets.

Just to make the color and flavor a little "lighter" I guess. Again this is my first recipe so I wanted to mix things up a bit...I thought the wheat DME would add a little uniqueness to the beer.

Extra CO2 and yeast bubbles. I actually had a little bit of extra fermentation in my secondary on this batch. I think its just yeast clumps rising to the surface, RDWHAHB
