I did the same thing with my bottles while bottling. I'm gonna crack one open on Sunday (3 weeks in the bottle) so I'll let ya know how my situation turned out.

Did you cap them tightly? If not much of the carbonation might have escaped.

It was a AHS mini mash kit with grains and 5 lbs of extract and White labs British ale 005 liquid yeast. The fermenting temperature was 68-70 degrees.

Be safe and ditch it in my opinion. Why take a chance for a few bucks. Brew another batch and you have only lost a few hours of effort at this point.
